About Vicki

Vicki is our Office Manager and has been a key part of the team since joining the firm in June 2019. Based primarily in our Rural Office, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is often the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Before moving into the legal sector, Vicki spent 13 years working in banking and finance. This experience has given her a strong eye for detail and a practical, organised approach that she brings to her role every day.

Vicki looks after much of the day-to-day administration of the firm, including invoicing and financial processes, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date. She is also usually the friendly voice on the end of the phone, helping clients with their queries and making sure they feel supported from the very first call.

Known for her calm and can-do attitude, Vicki is a natural problem solver who is always happy to help, whether that’s assisting clients, supporting colleagues, or keeping things running efficiently in the background. She works closely with Penny and plays an important role in supporting her clients and delivering a high level of service.
