About Penny

Upon qualification in June 2009, Penny established herself as a highly respected family law solicitor in Northamptonshire. She has built a strong and loyal client base, acting for a wide range of professionals.

In 2011, Penny joined a specialist family law firm in Milton Keynes, where she continued to strengthen her reputation for delivering clear, pragmatic advice and achieving positive outcomes for her clients. 

In 2015, Penny co-founded Hunter & Uro, and she recently celebrated 10 years of delivering expert, client-focused family law advice through the firm.

Penny advises on all areas of family law including divorce, separation, civil partnerships, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and child arrangements. She has a particular expertise in complex financial matters, including cases involving pensions, business interests and high-value assets. 

As a committed member of Resolution, Penny is dedicated to resolving disputes constructively and efficiently. She prioritises negotiation and mediation wherever possible, helping clients reach amicable settlements while minimising delay and conflict. 

Throughout her career, Penny has developed  strong working relationships with a network of trusted experts, including pension actuaries, financial advisers, barristers and accountants.
